When you get up at ridiculous O' clock as I do, (honestly its like the middle of the night), when I do finish work (and there is no set time), the last thing I want to do is go to the gym.  

I have tried many times, tried and failed that is. I go once or twice then the novelty wears off. Worst thing is my previous gyms would quite happily take your money; with no phone call as to why you haven't been for the past 6 months, yet the minute you cancel call you pestering why! 

Now I know it's my job to get myself to the gym but I am the kind of person who needs motivation, I really need someone to drag me to the gym if I'm honest!  

Meeting Tara was the best. Not only have we become great friends but she is fantastic. The enthusiasm that Tara has for fitness is unbelievable.   After leaving university I joined real radio, (where I currently co-host the real breakfast show, you should tune in!)  Before that though I did the late show, and it was then that I began putting on weight. I wasn't getting home till around 3am I would then eat and sleep, I had no exercise in my life and my confidence began to suffer. Over the past two years I have lost a stone and a half and my fitness has greatly improved.  

Hands on heart I believe this wouldn't have happened without a personal trainer to push me, and motivate me as Tara has. Tara makes the session fun and enjoyable and the greater the results, the more you want to do. Big plus is she's a woman, you don't feel self conscious and you can have a laugh with her, even though she works hard.

Tara would get me on the treadmill we would be talking so much before you knew it my ten minutes would be up - easy!  Don't waste any more time, start to feel good about yourself again and call Tara today.

Radio After years of inactivity I seriously needed to get in shape, but had never exercised effectively on my own.   I've been training with Tara for five weeks now and already my fitness levels have improved dramatically.  I have so much more energy and stamina than before,  I've lost a significant amount of body fat and really toned up (my clothes were getting so baggy I've had to invest in a new wardrobe!).  

Tara is incredibly positive, she really knows how to motivate you and keep you focused at every step of the way.  I'm amazed at how much she has helped me achieve in such a short space of time.
